Our Mission: To serve parents, caregivers and educators of children ages birth to pre-kindergarten by managing and evaluating early child care and early childhood education programs through a quality school readiness delivery system in Putnam & St. Johns Counties.

Dear Friends, The Early Learning Coalition board of directors, staff and I share heavy hearts as we proceed with the implementation of the budget reduction process. While we absolutely understand you will feel disappointment as a result of this news, the only filed grievances we may consider are those that are ‘technical’ in nature and consistent with our grievance policy.
